AHI is proud to be veteran owned and operated.  Founded in 2009 by CW4(R)Darrin Swan, Darrin brings his upbringing in a construction family, power generation training, US Army Safety Officer and OSHA certifications along with 24 years of distinguished military service to AHI.  AHI team members are carefully chosen by Darrin and as a former AH64 Apache pilot, his standards are high.  Darrin personally and extensively trains each inspector, ensuring AHI's standards are maintained. Now over a decade old, AHI has thousands of inspections under it's belt.  From new construction to historic properties, there is no property outside our scope of experience.
